I'm 50 years old I got up to 225 pounds and 5, 11.... I've been doing his Chris is workouts For about 3 months now... I'm right at about 200lbs now... I can sleep better I don't wake up to urinate at night anymore.. As a matter fact I don't wake up at all I sleep 8 hours all the way through... Hey Chris... Glad to tell you that by following your workouts my whole family has got a better physique... And I have myself become a superb athlete in my school... But most importantly... Your workouts have helped my mother control her diabetes ... In her last report her FBS level was around 400 but after doing your workouts for 3 months ... I used to thing “no weights” workouts were good if you didn’t have access to weights or a gym, but honestly they help you master your body weight and build strength in an amazing way. Thanks for all the calisthenics guidance Chris, one of the best💪🔥

Chris is the reason i started calisthenics. Growing up, I suffered from tuberculosis and was a skinny kid weighing 30 kg at 14 years of age. After i started watching Chris my entire life changed. Right now im 54 kg and 17 years of age. Keep pushing y'all nothing is impossible with hard work. 🔥🔥💯

i dont get why other ppl hate chris esp those body builders. chris helped millions of ppl achieve better physique unlike those guys looking like bears having a large belly. chris is a role model, with that kind of body, it's on a different aesthetic.

Each exercise is for 45 seconds and has a 15 second break between them!
1:34 Push Ups
2:41 Burpees
3:41 Alternating Lunges
4:43 Jump Squats Open and Close
5:43 Jackknives
6:44 Bicycles
7:44 Pike Push Ups
8:44 Mountain Climbers
DONE! Total is about 8 minutes.
Make sure to maintain a good form instead of rushing these exercises. Try to do at least 2 rounds!
