But there are things that you are supposed to know what to do - as some simple things

I've not drinking much water these days, they are like:

So you have to go to the… ahm… doctor
So the doctor says well

Your cholesterol is high, blood pressure is high - ohh?!
You have to be on drugs for the rest of your life - the rest of your life - the rest of your life

Brown sugar, white sugar, oh, white rice, your ice cream, the cows milk, the spaghetti, oh,
All dem things you need to put them on the side

So that means that if you not well, like your vehicle - your vehicle is not well - so your going to a mechanic
He says well brother - you have an oil leak
You now going to have to put a quart of oil - in your vehicle - every single day - every single day
I have to by oil from him every single day - a quart of oil - every single day - every single day

Just to actually refill my vehicle - and that - and that's tha solution

So you're going to the dochtor and the doctor say - well john - you've got diabetes
I'm going to have to prescribe you some insulin - ohm… - you have to be on this - for the rest of your life… the rest of your life

You don't have to wait for someone to come and do that for you - you don't have to
You can utilize your own intelligence
You have a degree
You have a PHD
You have your masters

You don't have to wait
