I get a sort of a hot flare up where I feel my ears and face get hot and red. I also become very anxious, almost like I had a cup of coffee, a too strong one. Not very pleasant, after that follows a headache.

Very helpful video, in 2021 I started working at a factory (it was hot) I was peeing every hour and was always thirsty, once my vision blurred (had a soda + icecream) at lunch. At home I used my moms meter and hit 512, when to the local clinic, two IV’s later I was down to 225. Next day I cut all sugar, two week later at work, my coworker told me My sugar levels are crashing (hand tremors, irritated, spacing out like a zombie, nurse checked, my blood sugar was at 62, In the past two years I adjusted my diet, set alarms on my phone to check, mornings Im at 85-90.

I'm supposedly pre diabetic but I've had 3 episodes where each one got progressively worse. I'm asleep and wake suddenly and immediately start punking. I'm alone in my room but can't call for help because I can't stay awake. I'm freezing because it was winter and I'd gotten sick all over my blankets. ive tested my glucose it came in at 14.1 but I have a serious problem with giving blood and when I serious I mean serious im not to bad pricking the end of my finger with the lancet but ive had needle phobia for over 50 years what can I do

Good to know this but what do you do if these are happening and how long if in ketosis? Go to hospital when? Seems immediate solution is not discussed other than check blood sugar. Don't these indicate it is too high?

The trouble is, some of these symptoms may have other causes and so cannot be relied upon as indicators of high blood sugar. Only a blood test will indicate this beyond doubt.

I had watched one random video yesterday about high blood sugar that appears in my feeds and i am worried because most if not all of the symptoms is actually happened and still happening to me. So i tried to watch again today and i found your video. And the same thing. At first i thought my ulcer or acid reflux and being bloated are the reason why i had nausea and vomiting and the pain in my stomach. I never thought they are one of the symptoms of high blood sugar.
