I have 1 root canal, since then i've heard how bad they can be for your health. I had a dentist recently who insisted i have a root canal. I won't be going to her anymore. It's sad that you can't find honest, decent doctors/dentist who actually care about the patient and not just getting money.

I read about a study done on this subject.
Those are dead teeth! When they put extracted teeth from root canals in animals, they contracted the same diseases the person had.
I wouldn't allow my son to have one done we were told he needed.
He still has had, no problems at all with that tooth either.
I told them, if his tooth was that bad, just extract the tooth and give him a bridge over.

My son’s dentist tried to get me to allow him to perform a root canal on my 14-year-old son on two occasions. And then he became upset because I said no. He showed me his X-rays to prove that he needed it, but I could not see anything, and my son had no pain. I never returned to that dental office. It was all about the money.

I swear this video came right on time. I was just about to book an appointment to get a root canal on my back tooth. I had an eerie feeling about booking the appointment but didn’t know why. I had a root canal 10 years ago shortly after I had surgery. My front tooth became discolored. I had anoter surgery (heart surgery) and that same tooth became discolored again. Thank you for the important information. I'll check it out.

OMG.., I am so upset . I just had a root canal procedure.😢 I continuously asked the dentist if there were other options or can we just extract the tooth, she insisted that the tooth was still "good" whatever that means now.. She insist on doing more root canals, this is ridiculous.. Thank you so much for this video...

your leaving out the fact that when decay has consumed the tooth, the only option is to either deal with the pain allowing the tooth to completely deteriorate ( while the bacterial process continues regardless until treatment), or extract the tooth, then follow with a replacement .

I heard Yahki mention this thanks for breaking it down you guys are a blessing to the community. I have had 3 failed root canals, currently healing from one I just got removed. The tooth eventually began to decay at the root, the crowns broke off and ultimately had to have the remnants removed. I'm scheduled for implant for one closer to the front, I just found a holistic dentist that does implants!!! I've reached out to them for more info! - I've had issues with blood sugar and just after my last child 2 months ago, high blood pressure. Idk how much the root canal gone bad has influenced me here lately, but it's out & I hope it gets better!

Wow! My dentist told me that I needed a root canal. My sister and son said they both heard that they were harmful. I asked my dentist and she said they have been doing them for years without incident. I asked her what other options I had and we decided on extraction and a bridge. You give such great insight on such a large array of topics.
