Day number 3 of my 7 Days of Sweat challenge for 2023. 7 days, 7 workouts, 20 minutes a day. No equipment needed. Do it with me and you'll feel amazing. Over 7 days and just 20 minutes a day, we are going to transform the way we feel, so stick with me all the way and let's do this together.

Squat to reverse lunges
Bear knee to elbow
Squat hold
Glute kickback R
Glute kickback L
Kickthrough climbers
4 high knees to 2 stars
2 push ups 2 plank thrusters
4 straights 2 knees

Third day done in three days. Haven't managed this since lockdown. This is helping me through a difficult time. Much appreciated 👍
