I shrug with a pair of 85lb dumbbells. If I lean forward like that it will absolutely blow out my lower back in a heartbeat. I learned my lesson the hard way decades ago. Improper form while doing upper body is just as dangerous as bad form with lower body deadlifts and squats to the lower back.

Looks right but when you add heavy weight it will hurt the spine. Help?
