Great video! Thanks for the tips, they’ve really helped me improve over the last month

I’d like to see a video discussing backswing mistakes. For example, I have a bad habit of sometimes, under stress, going straight from the initial turn to the forward swing and my arm never straightens. I skip the “separation” part of the stroke - I think. He doesn’t read comments so any help is appreciated.

Valuable tips . I agree with all of them . Too bad I just saw this video now. It would have saved me a lot of training time

He talks about letting racket “fall” - is he saying that after the turn that the racket has achieved its final back position, that it goes no further back just down and then forward?

Tip #1 really changed the way I play. I used to either hit the ball into the net or hit long. But by accelerating my racquet with that upwards motion, I’m able to lift the ball properly. Every shot clears the net and has the topspin to bring it down deep inside the court. I went from 3.0 to 4.0 just because of this move.

Strangely I can’t do this move with a racquet heavier than 300g.

How does not extending on shot will help to go balls deep? Lot of or most of coaches will says catch the racquet on shoulder

This leaning over the ball thing works
