Thanks so much for this. I found one in my backyard attached to a set of keys doing some investigating after a creep was looking through my daughter window at 2:30am but got scared off by the hound. Had a nice crisp thumbprint on the back where they pressed it into the case before putting it on their keyring! PD ran the print and got a hit on a known POS.

It seems that if the owner doesn’t know they’ve lost the tag yet, it will only identify the last four digits of the phone number. Once they realize it’s lost they can set a message on how to reach them.
