Hello my fellow poor people, I tried this for us with the bare min method. I only had eggs and pancake mix. I used 3 eggs (whole because I don't avoid yolk personally) and pancake mix and threw it in the microwave. Turned out fine tbh, a little dense but still fluffy. I imagine the banana might help but I didn't have any lol. I just put syrup and butter on it and it was good.

Everyone. It’s 11 ingredients. Some salads have that many ingredients and nobody is trippen. Let’s relax. It’s a great recipe, if you have those items on hand or something else that works for you better then it’s definitely doable on a daily basis. It’s just an idea. Add your own healthy twist 😊

Edit: for all the people saying “well this video is showing a pancake”, I mean a literal pancake. This seems like a very nice recipe, I’m not doubting that. But if your craving a “normal” pancake, eat that and don’t feel bad for not eating a healthier alternative. (Unless u have a doctor’s recommendation to eat a healthier alternative) Additionally, Ik the girl in the video didn’t make this video in a way to so “eat this instead of a normal one” (that’s why she called it a lazy pancake bowl), but still, some people might take it the wrong way and think that they should eat this recipe instead of a normal pancake.

I’m a lazy grown man 5’9 180 lean and this is dope, but I just do the egg whites and protein pancake mix (Kodiak ) and I add some ground cinnamon vanilla extract and top with frozen fruit and sugar free syrup. It takes like 5 minutes and gets you lots of protein, thx for the vid!

Egg whites instead of milk or water in pancake mix.. mind blown. I would have never thought to do that. This will definitely help me hit the protein goals, thank you!!

Honest reaction from a 6'3 185lb guy who works out every day and has a clean diet. This is about 600-800kcal, probably tastes good for a sweetooth, however if you work out everyday, are a man or both this doesn't keep you full for very long. I make 12 protein pancakes which has 450 kcal in them in total. i'll drop the recipe below:

- 100g oatflower (rolled oats is also fine if you want it to be chunky)
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop of proteinpowder of choice (i use speculoos or salted caramel from Bulk)
- 50ml (for thicker pancakes) to 100ml (less thick) of 0% sugar almond milk (has 15kcal per 100ml)

Optional:
- Pinch of salt, Cinnamon powder and Vanille extract to taste
