Voldemorts strongest spell is avada kedavra while grindelwald has a spell that can do the same but on a much larger scale, could've destroyed paris and also is by far the strongest defensive spell, how do ap, dc and hax go to voldemort? I mean grindelwald literally has all of voldemorts abilities.

Dumbledore was the only one Voldemort feared. Dumbledore was not afraid or would not lose against Voldemort, he was only able to hold it but did not catch him. while Grindelwald is Dumbledore's good friend, He can't kill Dumbledore he just doesn't get along with Dumbledore

You can hardly compare feats when both Dumbledore and Grindlewald in their prime used the Elder wand.

The things Voldemort did with that wand were arguably just as insane.
And it didn’t even respond to him.
It physically didn’t allow him to tap into anywhere near the true magical potential of that wand

Dumbledore and Grindelwald are evenly matched. So they were both on the same power level, just Albus had much more time to hone his skills, while Gellert was imprisoned in Nurmengard by his former friend, although he later accepted his imprisonment and did not attempt to escape in hopes of achieving some shreds of redemption. But that does not mean that Albus is stronger than Gellert nor vice versa. However, both of them are stronger than the One Who Must Not Be Named.
