How to pronounce the “R” in American English (Quick & Easy)

One thing I noticed about most east asian who can't pronounce R sound is due to their native language (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) does not require much external mouth movement. I noticed the R sound also makes your mouth move to the sides (for example a smile) the east asian languages I observed move their mouth within an "O" shape rather than going wide mouth with narrow height opening. the back tongue is easier to be placed higher when you "smile" or widen your mouth. I like to think of R sound as an initial " BuuBuu" pet calling sound to a "wee!" mouth movement in addition to the tongue placement

Living in Australia for 5 years now, and this is the only letter I can't pronounce properly. I tried to lift the sides of my tongue, but as I can not roll my tongue either, I think it's very difficult for me to learn the correct R sound. But thank you for your explanation, I'll keep practicicticing.
