people should quit more often.
if training is so expensive, employers would be incentivized to respect, PAY and keep their employees happy.

My bosses all got promotions and raises in the last year. I had to move in with family because my rent raised to more than half my pay.

I love how people paid millions of dollars to read the news are baffled why people making less than $15 an hour have quit their jobs & are looking to work from home.

Employers paying workers peanuts while they have golden parachutes should not be surprised when their wage slaves decide to quit.

To work for $15 an hour and work in a toxic environment and have a toxic boss, I rather do Uber or Instacart.

This is done intentionally, as the world governments intend to replace the human worker with automation. This leads to massive government dependence.

People don't quit if they have bills to pay, what is really behind this narrative

Covid woke many people up to some new realizations, many found that in spite of the money great or small they were just not essential.
Their focus on careers left thir husbands/wives/children were strangers. Familiar faces they saw everyday to greet in passing but really hadnt met.
The money wasnt really good enough when compared to whatever it was the job required.

Part of this title states "quitting their jobs", but they're leaving out " low paying, abusive jobs".

This seems like a case of people who've been looking for a better job for a while finally finding better jobs because the job market is better.

Part time jobs with low pay is ridiculous…at least make them full time. It’s just not worth it.
