Thanks bro. Was trying to do this standing and it wasn’t working out. Sitting is way better starting out I think

Nah, do it upright, but flare the elbows out and puff out your chest a bit. The second one is a high incline press imo.

what if my bench only has 3 setting and when i i put it on incline i feel it more on my chest than my shoulders

So I guess avoid the barbell press then? It makes me flair and yes I got shoulder ache after awhile.
