I Want to See Students Become Innovators

I used to hate the word "innovative," but now I've come to embrace it. Here's why I think it's important for students to become innovators.

I enjoyed your piece on innovators, John; especially the fact that you highlight the difference between change just for the sake of change vs making conscious & intentional change with a specific problem solving purpose!! Nicely done.

thanks John; nicely put. Though I do love the word innovative by the way; it has a nice swoosh of movement in itself. But indeed; let's not overuse it for functional improvements, not innovations.
