I used Files a couple of months and uninstalled it, the app crashes constantly and is missing functions which the normal explorer have

eu tenho um notbook multilaser que nao sei pq ele consome muita RAM E CPU, ja testei diversas isso ai a fora algumas ate rodam de boa mas depois o pc fica lerdo...
ja tentei instalar WINDOWS7 ate instala mas não abre fica INICIANDO sem aparecer a LOGO DO WINDOWS E NA BARRA ACIMA FICA UMA COR VERMELHA...
