Changing locations has been a game changer technique for me for the past 5 years. I can’t get any work done if i’m stuck at home but when i go to cafes or libraries work get done like magic 😅🤩

Clever pre-sorted 2 bag seperation! I use additionally to my pockets 1.) sling bag with every day carry (keys, money + id/credit card pursuit, extra/sun glasses, phone, pen+notebook, personal fork+spoon+knife) which may often be inside 2.) city back pack with bigger stuff like glasses, college block, text books, notebook PC, drink & eat (water bottle and tupperware box).

It's a endless loop of watching this type of video and then think I have achieved something, but in reality you have just watched a video not use the video. If you want to get something useful through this video you can watch it and apply the things that it told you . Then ask yourself "the thing or productivity tools Ali told, are they useful, does they help me mange time or they just take more time". I know that when you start something it usually time to get used to it. But in the end It's up to you.

These apps really help free the time we spend on little things. But, productivity begins in the mind.

THANK YOU! There are two things I really can't stand: (1) trying anything without a proper referral from someone whose used it and being disappointed by the results... I hate wasting time; and (2) I HATE being on email lists, but years ago I signed up for Tim Ferris's Five Bullet Fridays and loved the nature of hearing what was working for him in real time. This reminded me of that! Honestly I just watched my first Ali Abdaal video an hour ago when I typed in "best note taking app" on YouTube and the title of this video grabbed my attention from the side feed. Now 4 videos in I can see I'll be back as you provide real value!!!! Thanks again!

Thanks for sharing this. Also, it is always good to have a financial plan. I work with a professional planner and fixed-income strategist in NY. the fixed income portion of your portfolio won't simply serve as a buffer to the volatility of the equity portion of your portfolio, but will provide legitimate income.

I like how your day is pretty structured, but you give yourself certain freedoms to do as you please and make some choices

My combo is a paper notebook and Amplenote. Paper is where my best thinking occurs, and Amplenote allows me to quickly log ideas that turn into projects with tasks that I can block on my calendar.

Thank you for sharing your experience and saving our time, Ali. Basically, my takeaway is a simple solution is the best and it's ok to have a specific tool for a specific task, and not to try using one supertool for everything 👌

I always appreciate your videos; they were the first productivity videos I started following several years ago. But life moves on, and nowadays, being married and with children, everything you do is simply impossible
