Finished 'Wealth's Loyal Companion: The Uncharted Path to Prosperity' recently, and it's a standout read. It's not your typical finance book – it delves into creating a fulfilling life in all areas. Loved the mix of inspirational stories and clear, actionable advice. The emphasis on discipline and lifelong learning is a real eye-opener. An essential read for anyone wanting more than just financial success.

“Goodbye, Things” by Fumio Sasaki. Over the years I lost my way with minimalism and started living a maximalist lifestyle. I was miserable. This book brought me back to the practices of minimalism that made my life better.

“The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up” by Marie Kondo was the first book I read after many years of not reading anything. I was just trying to tidy up the apartment. And even though it’s about tidying up and minimalism, it lead me to read over 50 self-help book from 2016 until now. And I must say that I am a better person because of that. 😊

"The obstacle is the way " is the one book that truly changed my life. I went through a lot of pain in my mid-20s and I struggled to see the positives of my struggles. That book changed my perspective on my view on obstacles. Those obstacles have actually brought me down a path that I am very happy to be walking on today

Funny thing happened when I was reading Atomic Habits.
James Clear in an anecdote mentions this book called "The EASYWAY to quit smoking" and I ran and got that book because I was really struggling with the awful habit of smoking.
It's been a year, and I have never been prouder of myself.

"Tuesdays with Morrie" has been my absolute favorite. I don't know how many times I have read it. And it still gives me new things to learn in life and accept about myself and people around me. I think you'll love it too.

I love self-development books and I'm excited to read your new suggestions.

As for life-changing books, Reading 12 Rules for Life was a reset for me. Understanding that I'm the author of my reality empowered me to get off autopilot. When I finished the book I went back to college at 27. I'm graduating with my bachelor's in 2 months with a job already lined up.

And, side note, thanks to advice from Dave Ramsey and I Will Teach You to Be Rich I'll be graduating debt free. Definitely recommend.

What I talk about when I talk about running - Haruki Murakami . Yes I’m sure this will disappear into the white noise of this comment section and yet this book was so good that I still felt compelled to add it to the list as there are few that have even come close to moving and motivating me like this piece.

Quiet by Susan Cain changed my life. This book helped me accept myself as an introvert and to live my life in a way that works better for me. I have so much more energy now that I don't fight my own nature.

"Seven Habits of Highly Effective People" - hands down. I'm 62. I read it in my 20's, and again every 10 years or so. It had a profound impact on my work life, but also helped me keep myself headed in my own direction.

i think atomic habits will forever be my special life-changing book. i can't put into words how this book has shaped my life for the better in regards to habits, sticking to them, and actually achieving my goals. the steps may seem obvious to some, but this is a book i recommend to literally anybody who asks for a recommendation in the personal development space ☺
