Homemade Tomato Pizza Sauce #Shorts

In this #shorts video we will make a very easy tomato Pizza sauce, using fresh tomatoes but you could also use a tin of tomatoes. This sauce is packed with flavour and is great for any style pizza. Check out the channel as I use this sauce on some baguette and naan Pizza in other videos. Thanks for watching.

Ingredients
1 Onion
2 cloves of garlic
Tomatoes
1 tbs of Tomato paste
1-2 cups of water ( I used a little left over tomato sauce about 1tbs mixed in with water)
2 tsp of sugar
1tsp of Basil
2tsp oregano
A handful of fresh basil
1 tsp of chilli flakes
1 tsp Smoked paprika (optional extra)
1 Tsp Cayenne pepper (optional extra)

Onion works perfectly in most sauces, it's probably the best and the healthiest thickener. You want thicker curry, just add more onions (boiled and blended)
