For me the biggest mindset change came after reading the book 25 Money Secrets From Donald Trump, since reading it the only thing I think about is money

I'm literally broke right now, I'm in debt shit, barely making ends meet, my business shutdown, my wife's pregnant, damn! but I ain't giving up. Right now I am learning google digital marketing and I have the 100m offer and lead book. I will focus on learning this year. Watch me, I'm gonna make it in life! When an animal is cornered they unleashed their full potential and fight to the death. This is my do or die moment in life. Pray for me!

Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!

To me, money is a tool. I’ve worked so hard over the years to realize that if you don’t make money work for you, you can’t experience true freedom. I’m glad I found that out although it was later in life, but that marked the turning point in my finance.

The process is spot on. No reason to lie to yourself or fake it until you make it. Acknowledge where you are and your frustration level THEN realize it isn’t an absolute and work to change it through powerful affirmations that are true. I am working toward a goal. I am at the beginning stages of realizing my goals.

So true - using negative visualisation and tolerating frustrating situations/ people has been the key to reaching my financial and career goals. That being said, I think there is only so long you can grind it out before you need to take a break to smell the roses - otherwise you risk having your entire identity/life being tied up with achieving goals rather than what you truly enjoy. Balance is everything and I believe there are seasons in life. Great video.

This is cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy summed up in an entire video. So powerful. Thank you, Leila, for simplifying everything. I have tried the last 10 years to overcome.❤

loved this.. As a person who suffocates herself with negative thoughts, overthinking and feeling like an outcast.. this showed me a way to at least spiral my thoughts in a constructive direction.. Thank you so much

After checking out countless self-help ideas/strategies, I have to say, in terms of originality alone, this approach impresses me a lot. It has practical, realistic ideas for dealing with frustration and "negative ideation." Well done, Leila!

REAL advice that actually makes a difference. My younger self knew to “never make a decision when emotional”
Great video!

Those four questions are from Byron Katie's The Work.

I honestly thought this was gonna be some corny motivational crap, but this was such a genuine and powerful piece of wisdom. Kudos to you for turning your life around!

100% yes! I can definitely relate to you on the weightloss journey. It’s the fear of gaining a ton of weight that keeps me motivated to keep going.

I was actually doubting the video because I've seen much BS with similar titles, but the advices are grounded in psychology and are rock solid. Respect

Yes. Using Byron Katie’s 4 questions from The Work is super useful.

Might want to give her credit for it?

Thank you for that !!!! Because it was really quite informative, helpful and realistic. As a 74 year old, (no one ever really envisions themselves as a senior, It just sneaks up on you while you are busy at life. ) I am a retired chiropractor and somewhat accomplished artist and the matriarch of the family. But lately I find myself depressed and at a loss for motivation. I guess I'll just 'accept it' and come to terms with this phase of my life. Who knows, maybe I'll start painting again.

VERY GOOD VIDEO!
I am 4 months clean and sober. When I GOT sober this time, I got hit with all the crazy negative thoughts I always have in Past attempts. I started tuning into stoicism and attended a few AA meetings which made me realize if you BOW DOWN to those thoughts you drown yourself. I felt an importance to FEEL that pain just as I would when starting a new Gym routine. I might be starting over in life but NOW I’ve dropped the “Victim” mindset. Things dont change for the better OVERNIGHT but small victories are coming forth. The points you made in your video are pure Truth!
God bless🙏🏻

Great insight on the negative visualization. I’ve only experimented with it a few times. It is true that one tends to probe the “positive” approach more. But I can see how the fear of losing something, rather than the hope of getting something, is a greater incentive. The questions (“Is is true?”, etc…) are those used by Byron Katie in her process called “The Work”. Great therapy.
