how I brainwashed myself to be happy

This is a bit different from my typical videos, but I really felt the need to make it and share how I slowly found my happiness. That doesn't mean I don't have my highs and lows, and I don't get sad or fall into a bad mood. It simply means that if at any point you ask me if I'm happy, even if I'm bawling my eyes out, my answer will still be yes.

I used to be a bit of a philosophy-sceptic, but Stoicism somehow sneaked in and became of great importance to me, and you'll see some of its concepts incorporated throughout most of the video.

On another note, colour correcting remains my nemesis.
