What if I can't get the outside handle or inside handle to work? Door is closed. I replaced the outside door handle, and it worked like twice. Then the door wouldn't open at all..

I was I. The process of changing this out but the ball connecting to the wire is broken what do I do?

I wish they fix the interior, and exterior door handles. Use a better material that last longer.
