They're all extremely difficult for me because of a disability :( it can be very frustrating but I'm trying my best.. since it's only on one side I've been saying great improvement on that side.. not much on the the arm with paralysis

its simply very important because it is the foundation of other much more important skills like 90 degree handstand push up handstand push ups its a way that people use to do planche negatives
but handstand alone is garbadge compinations with handstands is a diamond waiting to be unlocked
