How to make OLYMPIC chocolate muffins at home

All purpose flour 2/3 cup +1/3 cup (150g)
Egg large sized 1 pc
Sugar 1/2 cup + 2 tbs (80g)
Cooking oil 1/2 cup (60 ml)
Milk 1/2 cup + 2 tbs (80ml)
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Pinch of salt
Baking powder 1 tsp (5g)
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Cocoa 1/3 cup (50g)
Semi sweet chocolate chips 30g
Dark chocolate chips 30g

My cup is 125 grams. If you are confused about cup measurements, I suggest you to follow the measurements in grams and ml😊

If the batter of muffin or cake ever becomes thick then add warm milk or warm water to maintain the same consistency and add sugar as per your taste. You can measure the ingredients by grams and the recipe will never fail. Thank you all for liking my channel so much❤❤❤

What is the size of your cup .. as you wrote 1/2 cup oil is 60 g and 1/2 cup is 80 g milk … are these measurements correct .. I thought 1/2 cup oil or milk is 125 g .. also sugar 125 g is 1/2 cup .. thank you

I tried this but the batter is very thick. I then add another egg, then it becomes thiner for easy scooping into cup moulds. The cake came soft & not sweet.
