In case you missed it, #Buick is now an all SUV brand. That’s right, no more new LeSabres or Regals prowling American streets. But with the new utility-minded mission also comes a new focus on style, and they’re about to shake things up in the small crossover segment with this all-new #Envista. #BuickEnvista

I own one. Smooth driving. No problem in passing. I love it.

My wife and I have owned one since last Nov. We never thought we'd buy from GM but we love our Buick. We traded in our Benz CLS 550. We paid only $31, 000 Canadian + tax. We saved almost $20, 000 over several competitive cars.

I like these a lot, I just wish it had a more conventional 4-cyl, with hybrid option would be nice. Like the original Encore, I think this will sell well but will be derided by "enthusiasts."

MotorWeek updates give me a good reason to look forward to Mondays 😜

If this has the typical sound deadening and vibration tuning that Buick's are known for then this is a pretty decent vehicle. Being a GM, the mid grade will be discounted to low 20s. Rental fleets will buy these up in huge volumes and you can look forward to 2-3 year old used models for like 13k.

My only concern is, how long will the motor and transmission last?😬

Leave it to GM to make something that looks good enough people may want to drive it, then kill it with a powertrain that makes passing on a two-lane road a white knuckle experience. And that’s before you put any more weight (passengers) in it.

The rap on all of the SUVs on the road is that they all look alike. Buick hit a home run with this car. Another review I watched yesterday said that people thought it was a Porsche. I am definitely going to wait the second year and see if the 2025 will have all wheel drive.

At some point we lost our way. We traded wagons for small coupe SUV’s that have suv handling and sedan size storage. It’s like someone asked for the worst of both worlds.

I have an Encore, one of the last years made and I still love that car. I wish they had kept it with the all wheel drive option because in the snow and ice, it's one of the better vehicles. I drive about 20 miles a day to commute to work and live in upstate NY where it snows and in the snow...I see people with 4 wheel drive struggle and my little Encore just keeps on moving. I would love to buy one of the Envista's, but until they give us an all wheel drive option, I won't give up my Encore.

The idea that anyone is taking the Envista to a drag strip to race is hilarious. And that's less a criticism more than it's just not the vehicle for that.

I just got mine in the ocean blue a few days ago. Loving it! Regarless of the enigine size it is pretty zippy! it is smooth driving. By the way the music sounds great in this vehicle. People who are complaining where the turn signal were installed, and there being no rear wiper, its the way the car was built. I have one solution to the problem, if you don't like the way it was built, Dont buy it!

They should offer it with the 2.0 ltr. That would be awesome.

This car looks awesome and is priced really well, but I feel it would drastically benefit from a hybrid or PHEV drivetrain option. The Volt drivetrain in this would be perfect.

I just one of these the other day and that blue color is amazing in person. I wish I could get that color on a different brand.

Pontiac and Mercury died but somehow Buick still lives. Cruel irony of this world.

Are the brake lights really down in the bumper and the basic taillights up

0-60 in 9 seconds may be quite slow by todays standards but its more than adequate for most people out there who aren't focused on performance.
