Mom’s first ATG session ✅

For someone who has always had a history of weak & crunchy (🥴) knees, she walked away “feeling different in a good way”.

I remember saying the same thing after my first time trying ATG movements after several disc injuries.

It just feels different. Sometimes different is what we need when things stop working. When people aren’t listening. When the things we thought we knew aren’t helping anymore.

Bonus points if family, love, connection, sunshine and/or laughter are included in your training sessions. Our cells love that stuff ❤️🙏
