Finally started using CeraVe healing on my changer!

I’ve always used Vaseline, but applying a moisturizer has made the real difference. I wash my face and lips with CeraVe hydrating face wash, apply a thin layer of CeraVe moisturizing cream while damp, and seal it all with Vaseline, morning and night. I recommended this routine to my mom over a year ago and it’s worked miracles for her too! When my lips are ready to shed a layer of dead skin, it comes of easily on its own.

I’m happy you mentioned Vaseline. I get lot of eye rolling when I say I apply only Vaseline for my lips. But I can guarantee that my lips are much smoother and softer than most of them

My lips used to be chapped ALL. THE. TIME!! until I stopped using chapsticks and glosses. I also naturally have a very low sodium intake which I think was dehydrating me, so I increased electrolytes and havent had chapped lips in almost a year

I didn’t know you shouldn’t exfoliate lips. Last year, started using Lansino lanolin nipple cream to moisturize my dry lips & it works well. It can be purchased in small tubes, so I always have it with me.

That’s what I thought. I was exfoliating them and they’ve been irritated. Like “I’m pretty sure that protective layer I’m scrubbing off is SUPPOSED TO be there” 😩

I didn't have lipbalm and was lazy to go buy so I tried coconut oil for a while, then switched to ghee and the results were amazing....I have the softest lip now and they have never been pinker. 🥰
