This just happened to me yesterday. They shut down 3 of my stores. I'm beyond devastated. So much hard work. So many hours of my life....gone

This is horrible. May I ask if the item was a copyright infringement violation?

I asked them a question about selling a certain item before I even listed it and they just said read the policies (which I had already done). I went ahead and listed it because I didn’t see anything about it in the policies and they removed the listing. I contacted them and explained it wasn’t listed as a banned item and the support person reinstated the listing for me (so I thought I was good to go!). Then within 4 days they permanently banned me. I contacted them multiple times even found a way to call them and chat and they gave me the same BS response. Absolutely atrocious company.

Is there any way to talk with etsy support live chat ?

They closed my account.
I recieved an order at 11 aug from Aus and at 13 aug he raise a case by saying that he didn't receive the product, it was impossible to deliver the product in 2 days, .and the last date to dispatch was 17 aug.
At 1..52 am he raised case at 1.54 etsy close case by refund him and suspended my account permanently.
Is there any one who can suggest me how can I reinstate my account.

Is it possible to sue Etsy because my shop also got permanently suspended without a reason and I'm 100% sure that we didn't do anything wrong.

Its very bad etsy suspend accounts its running there families they have not right to suspend
