Another way to get the components (if one doesn't mind cheating) is turn cheats on and shift+click robotics station that will give you a bunch of not just the two hard to make ones, but also stacks of other upgrade components.

With the collage pack, you can also "take" the Bots Savants Club bots and dismantle them for parts to create your own servo!

BTW. My servo has a glitch from having electronic lifestyle that he is permanently inspired. I wish the EA would fix this.

That's a really cool work around for getting the pieces you need! I usually go download a servo from the gallery. Somewhat related: be aware that the robo arm for your engineering sims is glitched! It won't come off. So if you see a sim with it in the gallery in a servo household, know what you're getting into

I had my servo go to college. He wasnt wearing a black robe in the graduation ceremony. Also, the graduation picture is a potrait of somebody else.

For the last tip, have testingcheats on, and just shift click the robotics table and "spawn crafting supplies" wit the sim you want to have the parts selected
