And as a popular saying goes, life throws hardest challenges at toughest and strongest people. Love yourself and embrace yourself. Stand in front of the mirror, and give yourself a high five with the most beautiful smile.

I found it genuinely scary just how many of these things I do myself regularly, but reassuring that these are common enough that they've been identified as intricately linked to mental health with enough evidence to even get me to do something about my habits. Great video!

-is cleaning the room the cause or an effect of depressed mood?
-is forgetting to eat or drink also just a cause, or also an effect of a depressed mood? (i recommend using an alarm to establish a routine, but alarms raise my anxiety and aggression levels LOL so ymmv)
-are there tips and tricks that you have to prevent overthinking and overanalyzing?

I love how your animators always leave small hints and references to fandom things. I almost screamed when I saw Puppycat characters and art style that reminds of the original show. It is wonderful, thank you for the video.

For some of these statistics I'm thinking ... "But couldn't the depression or anxiety be the cause of this, rather this being the cause of depression or anxiety?" Like I'm sure not drinking enough water could go either way, but typically I feel like there's quite a few people who don't clean their room because they're already in a bad state of mind, and some people who don't clean their room that have fine mental health (tho personally i at least like to keep my room semi-clean, enough to know where everything is and have a decently fast cleanup but not cleaning/sorting/etc everyday)

One good way to getting out of your comfort zone and to stop overthinking is to go somewhere alone that you would usually go with someone else, i.e a restaurant or movie theater. And just being there and feeling somewhat awkward will help take your mind off certain things, and even if you do get bad anxiety in public, doing this will help you build confidence.

I love this video, the only problem I have with it is that it manipulates the results of the studies a lot. Sure there might be a correlation between a cluttered room and bad mental health but it is extremely unlikely that a bit of mess is what's making you depressed. It's far more likely that your room is messy because of your bad mental health, or that another factor causes both things, eg. an overwhelming amount of work

After reading a study on how binge-watching affects people's ability to remember a show (it's a similar effect to cramming before a test: both are mostly forgotten by next week), I've made it a personal policy to never watch more than two episodes of the same show in one day.

It's actually given me a huge boost to my creativity! When an episode leaves on a cliffhanger, it gives me ideas for what might happen next!

I’m a huge advocate of keeping your surroundings organized. Really feels like it’s a direct correlation with my head and mood.

Remember correlation =/= causation. Some of these things may be effects of mental health issues or are just more prevalent with them in general

The problem with over thinking is that it often stem from anxiety. For me I have GAD & I try my best not to over think, but it’s just part of it, but therapy helps me. I also find talking to loved ones helps me to ground myself

Also, a messy room is often caused by depression. So try picking up 10 things or at least put things where they belong when you’re done using them. If you’re more energetic at the time clean for 5 minutes

The art here is so expressive, and the tone of voice is incredibly calming. I feel relaxed and enlightened. Some of this information I was already aware of, but I felt like I was learning it in a new way. Thank you. The world needs more information on well-being, and I'm glad you're providing it.

Recently diagnosed with an anxiety disorder here: my daily life started to get much better once I cut out about half of these things. Obviously, I've also gotten professional help too, but like with school, "studying" outside of your therapy sessions, aka doing "homework", will help you a lot when it comes to building healthy habits for the future <3
