With Clara, I wasn't too happy with what she was like but then I thought she was one of the best, with the new companion I'm really happy with her and all I've seen is 2 minutes so far

So lets see;
- Daleks again
- Multiple Daleks seeming unnecessary given only a single Dalek is firing and only a single Dalek corners them
- Unnecessary shaky cam
- Possibly re-used shots from 'Into The Dalek'
- Action interrupted by almost a 2 minute chat about the Daleks that doesn't hold much weight to it given its interrupting the flow
- Companion who constantly asks questions that serves no other point than to emphasise the issues with Daleks and flaws in the story such as how the Dalek should be unable to get through a door because its too large
- Lack of tension as the previous series established that the Doctor and a companion can escape whenever as he could always have a teleporter on hand, along with the idea of the Tardis materialising around him

Just generally a disappointing clip, not sure i like the direction they are going

They're bringing Bill in to be very similar to Donna, easily the most loved Companions ever. If you recall the flashback in "The Girl Who Died", Donna is essentially the reason that the twelfth doctor has his face. The amount of sass that twelve has plus his patience learned from Clara the school teacher is going to make for an amazing relationship between Twelve and Bill. I am going to adore Series 10 and hopefully many more with Capaldi

two things, 1.its amazing that she is effectively part donna rose and clara all rolled into one that will be good to see come out during arguements, secondly, its annoying how her, peter, and other people since nine ten and partly 11, haven't been saying dalek right, they say "da-lack" where people during the era of 9, 10, and 11 said it as "dar-lick" which annoys me slightly because peter and her say it with too much pronunciation on the "lack" rather than saying the whole word

love her already. Bill and the Doctor reminds me a little of Donna and the Doctor. And Donna was one of my favorite companions of all time because of her dynamic with eleven so yeah really looking forward to what Pearl brings to the character and show.
