Checking whether the SIM card was active @ 0:40 worked for me! I further clicked into the SIM 1 to click ON (blue) .
came out to SIM manager to click ON (blue) once more.
I can make outgoing calls now 😊

Thank you none of your way work with me, but it helps me to find the problem and fix it.. From the phone I went to sitting then supplementary services then show your caller ID I changed it from never to network default and the outgoing call work again.
