I have 2 home buttons. I can unlock one but the top button says press to open rendering home button ineffective. Could be part of a larger problem. There are two content providers on my phone at same time
They have different fonts and layout. One on top of the other which comes on immediately after I close one Same problem can’t close page without triggering it second account and I can’t turn of one without triggering the other to immediately cancel out instruction on first account. I have two accounts at same time

There is high chance that you will brick your phone if you reset all the settings. I even tried itunes to update to the latest version. Still, when it reboots to 'hello' page, you still need home button to go to next page. So, be very mindful while resetting the phone. Backup all data first.
