Straight Talk on ANY Verizon phone! Tutorial & Set up

Here is a quick video demonstrating how to get Straight Talk Wireless working on any Verizon phone.

The Verizon Wireless phone must have a sim card slot for this tutorial to work. Just input the ST sim card into the verizon phone and follow the videos steps on how to set up the APN settings so that both Data and MMS work flawlessly. This video also shows what type of speeds you should expect with the 4G LTE using straight talk as well as HSPA speeds, both the uploads, downloads as well as the ping / latency. Overall you can see what a great deal this TracFone Wireless company provides in allowing consumers to access the big carriers for such a low cost and a 3Gb a month data threshold. After the 3Gb they will throttle, but until then you can get the speeds shown in the video. MMS Port: 80
APN Type: default,supl,mms,hipri,tfdata

OK bud here's the deal I just got one and this did not work I could not personally edit apns and straight talk would not grant the imei so I had to activate the sim it's self insert it in the phone call straight talk from another phone then have them program it from India or where ever there based from and boom sms mms working flawlessly as you say I hope this helps any one with

for ST the easiest thing is to buy an unlocked phone.... you pop the sim in for whichever network you please for example mine is at&t and you set it up...if you call its really easy....and boom there you go I had a galaxy s6 active on my plan until the phone broke it works perfectly!

I'm trying to use a Regular AT&T sim card. I Googled the APN settings. The info of the AT&T APN settings from Google says that the APN Protocol is IPv4/IPv6.
I'm asking because you didn't do the APN Protocol part in your video. Does it make a difference if i changed it from IPv4 to IPv4/IPv6 ??.

I have the s4 and all works but the lte what I switch from global to lte I do not get service at all

my note 4 is locked with Verizon but I was able to switch it to straight talk and calling works fine. however receiving text messages does not work. I tried adding apn settings for straight talk but it doesn't let me add anything and I was told it's because it's locked. how do I unlock it?
