Been using straight talk for years. Currently an OTR truck driver and used 86 gb of data last month streaming Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, etc. On $55 unlimited plan. No complaints

I love straight talk in 2024!! I paid for the 45 dollar SILVER monthly plan. IT COMES WITH UNLIMITED HIGH SPEED DATA AND 10GB hotspot data. no crazy high monthly bills in the mail. Straight talk is a beautiful thing

I got the beginning of the higher end straight talk phones at Walmart and the guy gave me the $45 card to go with it. It doesn't seem to want to get on the internet though. Isn't internet included with the $45 card?

I got a tracphone stylo4. I can't get internet with a data card. Don't know why? My option is to go to Straight talk. My phone is on Verison carrier. How do I go about switching? Do I purchase a SIM kit or just go to website and sign on? Thanks for any info!

A year or two ago I would have recommended straight talk, but something changed not too long ago and the service has become the worst I've ever experienced in my area, not to mention the absolute hell you have to go through to port your number to a new carrier or even get your own account info from them, 0/10 never deal with straight talk especially if you live in rural areas

My son is, well rather poor, financially. He has straight talk, yet also has sprint wireless service. Does he need both?

I was told my straight talk home phone base/router would have to be replaced Jan 2021. I bought a new one, but it's Feb and my old one still works. Was thinking about returning the new one, so I messaged straight talk to make sure I didn't need it. Odd that the customer service rep didn't know the answer to my question and had to check with somebody. She finally answered and told me my base would eventually quit and I might have already noticed dropped calls. No dropped calls, it's Feb and it still works fine. I'm thinking somebody isn't being completely honest. There is very little if any info online saying the home phone routers have to be replaced.

Was going to get straight talk, but after reading reviews, that stopped me from ever dealing with them. I've also heard that even tho these companies say they used the big 4's towers, you don't get all the perks of the system. By the way, there is no such thing as unlimited any more. Once upon a time it was, but now it's 50 g at most then all carriers will slow you down or change you more for data.

Been a straight talk customer for longer than I care to admit.
It’s great until it’s not, which is when you need to deal with their customer service component. 100% of my experiences with customer support have been negative. They simply cannot get it right.
