Pros and cons of Walmart's Straight Talk plans

I must be the only person that has never had an issue with straight talk and I have been with them for years.

ive been on straight talk for about 4yrs after leaving verizon. i love it. $55 mo unlimited talk-text-data for my use its perfect. customer service could be better but i can live with that.

Since then ST now offers unlimited data( 25gb) so throttling is not an issue unless you stream all day long .
As far as customer service goes, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to talk to someone and they are always helpful

I worked for T-Mobile and now Tracfone. Straight Talk has come a long way as to what it was. Being a Sale Rep for the company now its nice knowing it doesn't take 30 mins to get a rep for technical issues. Its take more like 5 because you have to go through the automatic prompt first. Other then that we offer all the same deals as big companies for a much lower price. Down side is that you will not be seeing "Free Phones" anywhere. Also to everyone saying your data speeds are slow. It depends on what area also. Anyways, with a secondary line being a straight talk phone using Verizon towers I see speeds upwards of 55+ mbps. You guys may need to up date your APN settings.

We have been ST customers a long time. Just recently got a letter that our ST land line box needed to be replaced. So I ordered one. When it came in mail I called ST and was the phone a very long time. New box would not work. We were told we would get a new one in the mail. Never received it. We have been without our land line about 3 weeks now. Its frustrating because my husband have no phone. Help!

I used to be a major straghttalk customer. They shut off my data on their newest plan of all the data you want. I switched to cricket and have not had any problems here.

I been using straight talk in 2013 it wasn't good the data was very slow in 2013. Than i went to cricket and us celluar, now in 2019 i went back to straight talk its very better now!!! everything is unlimited i love it i been with straight talk for 2 years now straight and I love it

I did have great service, never had any buffering, never had dropped calls always had my service even with one bar! Now it's completely different and I'm totally dissatisfied, THANKS VERIZON. I went to straight talk because Verizon was giving me the same issues. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
