Encouraging is the best thing a parent can do for a child.
Teach a child to learn from other people's mistakes as well as their own.
Give a child their freedom to learn, grow and screw up...but not to be reckless.
Respect the child so they can respect you...but demand that they do respect you
The word no won't kill your child, because the rest of the world will say. And they child needs to be able to handle it.
Teach the challenges of life instead of the defeats of life.
Obstacles in life help you to play the game of life.

😂😂😂 ok here's what i got: first 3 rules are great. 9 and 10 are weird things i think are only in Jordan head. The rest are cool yeah but i don't mind forgetting them. The first 2 are fantastic i tried them they are helpful. Best knowledge i gained this week was actually the rule number 2: to look at myself as a kid who i want ti guide and chose the best for which is a great perspective. But well...i don't actually like to take advice from this kind of people. Like he threw the whole idea of religion out of the way and he's an existentialist and i think he think he got everything figured out. And the whole talking that we should not aim at happiness is crap. I think we should not be happy but fascinating. Like allowing every emotion to play and be adventurous. Also i liked the idea of not securing the kids but he didn't put limits you know like what should i be supportive if they wanted to go drug or suicid. Like no. Anyway my views are better than him i love art against sport and Don't take 8t seriously you know. Control yourself. Prevent bad things from happening and be emotionless. Be a hero be stoic be philosophical. Give people existential crisis. And also what's with the sad crying people in the video? What do they have to do? You made me cry for the disabled kid. Anyway long live antinatalism.
