2 Treat yourself like someone you are responsible for helping
3 Make friends with people who want the best for you
4 Compare yourself to who you were yesterday, not to who someone else is today
5 Do not let your children do anything that makes you dislike them

7 Pursue what is meaningful (not what is expedient)
8 Tell the truth – or, at least, don't lie

Its wonderful how you choose to speak only those ideas which appeal to you. It must have been a difficult choice to whether stick to whole book summary or just the part which appealed to be a differentiator. You have taken a courageous choice which helps everyone. Excellent video.. but these are rules 4 and 8. Here's a list of JP's 12 rules.

Rule 1 Stand up straight with your shoulders back

Please continue these types of videos. Very useful. I encouraged my teenage kids to read his book but at first these types of videos will be much more easy to watch and understand. If all 12 rules in this book can be presented in this video manor than as well dr Jorden Peterson you have also done your great bit for the Socity.

Love it - I strongly relate to the uncomfortable conversations part! If you think about it its obvious that you grow if you take the courage to push through intuitive and felt resistances to fulfill what you really want.
