Arduino COM Port not found solution

This video will fix the error regarding COM in Arduino during uploading codes to Arduino .

During uploading codes to arduino,most of the time an error comes that arduino com port is not found or something like this
"can't open device "\\.\COM18": The system cannot find the file specified.

but how if it's already in the same COM with device manager but still "No device found on COM9"?

Good afternoon!
Risently I bought the Leonardo. Before that, I used Nano with the CP340 driver. Everything worked.

IDE with the Leonardo does not see my COM7. How to install it? Do I need some driver ? Someone advised to switch the Reset and GND while uploading. It didn't help at all. Any ideas?

Hello sir, I have tried to find a solution to my problem everywhere, but I can't find. I have the following problem:

The Arduino Uno is connected to the computer, and when I go to the device manager, it appears as COM4, when I open "Ports". However, when I turn on the Arduino IDE, I have no available options on Tools > Ports, it's empty.

How can I solve this?
