I also have a Hisense TV and following your instructions I don’t have the subtitle option. Am wanting the closed caption option. Tried a few english speaking movies on Prime and its all the same. No option for closed caption. 🤷‍♀

But when you do that it shows subtitles for when they speak in English too. How do you set it so the foreign language is in subtitles and when English is spoken there are no subtitles. Super annoying when subtitles are on the whole movie when it’s mostly English.

Thanks I didn't even need to watch the video - so you just pause, move to the speech bubble and select subtitles 'on.' Great I can finally watch Parasite!

I no longer have the 'Subtitles' icon on the screen. When I go into Settings > Accessibility it says Closed Captions are on, but I can't get the subtitles to show up. How do you get the icon on the screen if it is no longer there when I press pause?
