So happy I found your station. Desperately needed to get my life organized. I've tried on line calendars and recently reverted back to old fashioned paper and pen. Once I discovered Trello I spent a good amount of time searching for the best ways to use it until I stumbled upon your site. I find this very helpful (as a trello use who is always trying to find more effective ways to use trello). There are a limited number of label colors HOWEVER you can work around this by creating a new label (choose a color, even if you've chosen it before) and then typing something directly on the label color to identify that label. Then you can filter by that particular label.

I previously used Trello and then I felt confused/limited with what I could do. I'm someone that my mind gets cluttered easily and I need a central location to put everything to organize my thoughts. Thank you for the terrific tips! I'm in the process of moving my tasks from Todoist to Trello (mostly for work) and Google Keep (mostly personal tasks). I like how you can add a photo to each task here in Trello. I'm a visual person and I love how Trello and Google Keep allow you to add photos to make planning more stimulating!
