My manager wants me to present a 90 day plan for the role I have applied for. The only thing is that I have been covering the role for my manager for the last 3 months. Has this lady worked for more than a companies before she started coaching.Your video/coaching is misleading.
Companies ask for 30-60-90 plan after you are hired! Not many recruiters/ hiring managers ask for 30-60-90 plan during the hiring process.
