I applied for a L3 position at Amazon with HR, and have been working there as a Tier 1 for about two years now. The first time I applied I didn’t even get the opportunity for a interview. Eventually I chose to leave Amazon in “good standing” and finish my associates in Psychology and I returned to try again. This time not only did I get a interview but I got the job!
