Hey Mike, another great video! Related to the "Launch Teams from Outlook web Chat button"; would our tenant still be seeing a Skype icon based being in "Islands" mode for Teams/Skype coexistence? Is there a change the default icon in Outlook for the web before making the switch from "Islands" mode to "Teams only"?

How do you get the call-in audio only feature for Teams on your invites?

In Teams, while on a meeting, if someone calls on Team, can I merge that person to the meeting? I guess MSTeam should have merge function.

I was following along with Outlook Application and Teams open in the other monitor. None of the Teams functionality in Outlook was showing up as your described. Is this an issue locally with my company or is this still being rolled out?

But, what do you do when you have MS 365, have Teams, see everything in Web version, but in Outlook Calendar desktop app, no Teams Meeting button? How do I solve this??

I have all new features except for the "settings" to change the meeting options. It's available in the toolbar if I customize but greyed out. Any ideas?
