i'm obese so i would say that i can do this by the first time...but the fist time i lasted 2 min and now complete 17 min. for me that is HUGE!! don't give up people, we all start from somewhere!!

Day 1 completing this video: Stopped multiple times throughout the entire video and could barely make it through the leg pulses..
Day 9 redoing this video: only stopped a few times during the leg pulses but made it through everything else!!
9 days and I already feel much stronger! Keep going guys!!

My very first time working out was with this video back in 2012 at the age of 14. It was hard, so hard I lost 20 pounds in two and a half weeks.
I went back to this video again in 2016 at 18 years old and the only thing that still kills me is the leg pyramids. I'm really proud of how far I came.

I can't believe it's been 10 years already! I always find myself coming back for this one. Such a wonderful routine and perfect for getting back started after a break or for those weaker days when I need something gentle. :)

To everyone starting, I did the beginner 2.0 calendar and couldn't get past day 14 cause it was getting too hard, so I started on day 1 again (I also took way more break days, I worked out around every other day). Believe me, my form has gotten so much better that day 1 wasn't easy but I was able to do everything without quitting! If I can do this, you can do this too. And if the calendar gets too hard, just start over again. I will continue this cycle until I can finish the calendar.

Day 16!!!! Let me tell you guys. When i first started the beginners calender, i stopped so many times in this same workout. But I am so proud to say that i did every move without stopping. And when i was done, i thought to myself how much i improved. But this is just a step guys, i need to get so so so much better still. And i see the change in myself and the change in my body. I love you Cassie! From the bottom of my heart. You are my true inspiration!❤️

I cannot belive it. A half and year ago I did this workout for the first time and I was so exhausted. Now it seems so easy. 😭❤️ My body has changed so much and this video is always going to remind me of my fitness journey beginning ♥️ Keep going guys!

During the corona virus self quarentine, I've been doing this every morning!! I've been putting off returning to working out for years! I've noticed the one day I skipped I felt soo much more anxious and overwhelmed. YOUR video is helping me keep my sanity during this stressful time. THANK YOU.

Based on the comments, I'm one of the few guys trying this out for the first time, and as someone who doesn't really use or work out some of these muscles that often, this was KILLER. Great workout.

Day 1 from the beginners calendar! I was really scared to start this, but it wasn't that bad. I'll admit I almost cried at the leg circles, ALMOST! But now that I finished it I have a complete workout high, which is not common in me! If anyone else is just starting, we can keep each other on track!

I'm on Day 5 of the Beginner's 2.0 calendar and doing this the second time around was definitely easier and I didn't flail around like a drowning cat during the roll-up. I improved from 0 roll-ups to like 3. Lol I call that a success so far! I feel stronger and best of all, mentally, I feel great because I'm not lazying around on the couch everyday; I'm actually doing something.

Hey Cassey, I just completed the first day of the Beginners Calendar! I cannot wait to see how much I improve throughout this month. I have to say, right now I need to work on my breathing. Thank you.
Edit: It is Day 27 of the Beginners Calendar and I have just redone this video. Wow, it is still difficult to do some of the moves in this video. The difficulty is now more of pushing yourself instead of needing to pause the video to take a break. I am now able to hold my legs much straighter throughout a movement and my core strength is much stronger. I am hoping to continue doing Cassey's pilates videos but I want to revisit this video once in a while to remind myself of the correct breathing and posture in these movements.

I'm on day 16 of the blogilates 2.0 beginners calender and I am proud to say that I have lost 6 pounds. There has been very little change to my diet so, for now anyways. I have completely stopped drinking soda and drink about 3 liters of water a day. I have limited my sweets from everyday to every other day. I am really proud of myself and hope fellow beginner popsters know that this really does work. I have also noticed a change in my physical appearance, strength, sleep, and overall attitude through out the day. Everyone who is just beginning take it one day at a time, it will be worth it! Don't give up :)

Wow! I'm just finishing the last day of the beginner's calendar and it's amazing to me how easy this video is now. I've started and not finished the beginner's calendar probably 3 times now. This is the only time I've actually finished. I feel so proud of myself. I can feel how much stronger my body is now, especially my arms. I didn't even break a sweat! Time to move on to something more difficult!
