No matter how harsh Bukele's policy might be the alternative is much worse.

I live in El Salvador, and I have seen the change and that man is a hero. Those bastards killed many of my friends and had no mercy. Now they want to cry rights? 85% of the population voted Bukele back to power. God bless the man and the union he has with his people. He did what he had to do 🇸🇻

I just went to El Salvador and road tripped the whole country.
Everywhere I went and spoke to locals, first thing they tell you is that they are grateful to have visitors and that Bukele is an angel sent by god (more than one person said those exact words).
Tbh I’m not exaggerating saying that El Salvador is safer than most american cities right now.
From a Mexican, much love and support to my salvadorian brothers and sisters 👏🏼

Can’t be to lenient to those brutal gangs. Show them who’s the boss. They only respect power. Bukele is trying make his country safe. Kudos to him!

Imagine living in a world where you can turn your country from the most dangerous to nearly the safest seemingly overnight, and international organizations object instead of giving you a medal.
Defending your country isn't just a right, it's an obligation. Send all the gang members to the UN headquarters since they know exactly what to do with them.

Gangs don't believe in human rights either. You have to fight fire with fire.

You have to experience it in your own skin to understand what the people of El Salvador went through for 30 or 40 years, those who oppose Bukele's strategy should open their countries to these gang members if they are so concerned about their rights. Bukele's legacy will be remembered for many years to come.

Korea had a similar story. We declared war on crime during the 70s and 80s. Korea is one of the safest countries on earth.

I have no stake in El Salvador and yet deeply respect Bukele for what he has achieved. The terror caused by these gangs require harsh and decisive action which he has taken and as a result he has brought peace and security to the people of El Salvador. Congratulations and may El Salvador continue to prosper.
