I get a fortnightly massage and my quads are hands down the most painful bit. I have lumbar spinal stenosis and my hips and glutes are pretty bad but I can handle that! The quads and calfs are hands down the worse. I go from giggling to swearing to saying "no can do Linda!" I've been going to her for 4 years so she knows me well. I really enjoyed this video, you should do guided meditations, your voice is sooo soothing x and arms are bloody sore as well, fortunately she doesn't do them but has given me a wee taster, hell no!! 😂 😂 😂

This is great. I am going to work with a person that is a quadriplegic, and hopefully this may relax him somewhat. I also watched your shoulder and neck massage video. Thank you so much for this guidance.

This looks brilliant! my quads are super tight especially at the top, before I could lightly tough the area lightly and it would be so tender, but I went into the area with a bar and it's so much better now!

I am ALWAYS confused about how much pressure to use here on the quads if my client is in for Swedish. I want the strokes to be effective but not too much obviously 😣 I have a hard time feeling of I'm doing too much or too little.

I was in a squatted position for an extended period of time this week. Could that make my IT band sore? Or a muscle next to it? I am sore in that area.

I want to do this on myself aka self massage. Is doing it while sitting down effective? Do i have to lay down? does the posture matter?

I have ms, fibro and chronic/hemeplegic migraine. My mobility is bad. My pain levels high. I’ve tried everything. I love massage the only problem is recently everything hurts to touch. I’ve started doing reflexology on my feet n even that’s excruciating (never has been before). My neck and shoulders are so tight but it hurts to touch them. What kind of massage should I be asking for to see a benefit but not be in agony after? (I once had a massage and for around 2 weeks I couldn’t move properly I felt like I’d fallen down the stairs so bruised) xx

Do you have any tips for back of the thighs, doing it yourself? Mine are super tight, painful and since i have fibro/sciatica i tend to avoid massages / chiropractors they have pushed my pain level too far too fast.

Can't tell, is she bolstered or lower on the table? Great work.

pro quad techniques?!! these are all technique you learn during RELAXATION class in first year! effleurage, petrissage, knuckle longitudinal stripping, vibrations...are these what you consider pro techniques?! and what about the origins?? where do these four muscles originate from?? the Anterior inferior iliac spine!! c'mon man. you are saying : "and they all originate from the anterior inferior iliac spine". and what is the "vastus intermedialis"? did you by chance found another muscle the human kind was not aware of?! and the rectus femoris doesn't lie "right underneath that top quad". the rectus femoris is at the top. and how do you exactly "work the ligaments"?? what are you gonna do make them more elastic?! this is total misinformation. but ya, nice voice and flow. perfect for a spa.
