I struggle with BPD, and believe me when I say it's full of insecurities & thinking you're the best in the room.
I could easily do both postures.
Feeling like you're the worst, but thinking your the best, is the most confusing thing for people I know.
People always tell me I seem confident, independent, and charming. I'm actually the opposite. I don't feel any better than the next person, I'm actually quite dependant on others company & attention, & I find myself to be quite unentertaining. Others believe the opposite of this.

I agree that good body language can make you look and feel better but I’ve actually had good experiences with shy body language cause I find that girls ( some not all ) actually attract to a guy with shy body language. SOME find it cute, obviously not every girl does but some do. As long as you aren’t talking out your ass and have basic understanding of how to speak too a woman you’ll be fine lol .

I would give them like killer vibes tbh, I'm not that bubbly and funny, especially the first time I see someone. In fact, I see you as a threat, but I would compromise only to approach the girl. Yep. I would also not necessarily look at her too much because I avoid looking at women overtly like that, like, a religious man, I control my gaze, self control.
