I am really glad I don't use any social media like Instagram and all because 90% of the stuff you see on there is fake and it's a huge distraction from healthy, happy and mindful living. There are many things you can do instead of sitting on social media and wasting your time seeing 90% fake stuff. Always remember that everyone is beautiful in some or the other way.

I deleted instagram in grade 10 because it really lowered my self esteem. I'm now in grade 12 and I'm learning to love myself. When I look in the mirror, instead of wishing I looked different, I just think about the things I got to do today. I make funny faces and make myself laugh. I'm honestly so proud of myself.

When I do get instagram again, I will make sure to follow positive people like Clara Dao, Spencer Barbosa and a few others!
