kali linux black screen after install

01) service gdm3 stop "or" service lightdm stop

02)Xorg -configure

04)service gdm3 start "or" service lightdm start

Put sudo on 3rd step if it's permission denied, then reboot again, it works

Sir i tried this but it says cannot create regular file /etc/X11/xorg.conf please help me sir pleaseeee....and also sometimes it shows missing destination file operand after /etc/X11/xorg.conf

Step 3 does not work saying no such file or directory, cannot stat xorg.conf.new

If this does not solve ur problem try; sudo apt-get update .. then sudo dpkg - -configure -a. U might face this problem when ur system shut down while upgrading

1 close kali with shut down the machine option
2 open oracle
3 click sart kali
4 your kali should start :)
