Grievous was OP but Maul is still imo the single most underrated character of all. The man FORCED sideous to use his sabers. A feat only one person managed to do... that was yoda himself. Maul also ruled mandalor with an iron fist making him one if their best rulers in history even if it was shortlived.

Yo Cal is not weak whatsoever, considering that the Cal we see in jedi fallen order went from barely being able to beat many foes to being inquisitor level in not even 10 days and using only memories from being a padawan
